Play a game and make a bet and say loser gets a wedgie or however many wedgies and lose at the game. Easy enough set yourself up to lose. I have done that before with an old gf that liked to give me wedgies i would bet and make a high number and then lose but she also didnt mind getting them also. If it works them say some number or place u finish in the game times a number to assure hes gonna do what he can to win so he doesnt get them.
