I just moved to Richmond VA, about an hour and a half from Washington DC as well. I’m 29, male, 5’7” nerd receiver, tighty whities, love everything except messies. Don’t mind giving either. I can’t host but am happy to travel or get a room. Hit me up

I live up in Woodbridge. I know it’s a far drive I can meet you in the middle some time.
